How are you addressing Covid-19?
We are packing all items using face masks & gloves, disinfecting each item with anti-viral spray. Toshi Assistants are equipped with hand sanitiser & gloves to ensure safe delivery.
Toshi Assistants can wait outside the door whilst you try on items. Any communication is made at the door, with a safe distance between you & our TOSHI assistant. We offer contactless payment via Apple Pay & Google Pay.
Can I change the time and location after my order has been confirmed ?
Yes, simply create an account with TOSHI or login to manage your orders. You can select a different time and location from the Manage Order page. All changes must be made before your TOSHI assistant is en route.
How does Wait and Try work ?
Your TOSHI assistant will wait while you decide about your order or try it on. The assistant can also provide you assistance and styling advice should you want to. They will then return any unwanted items back to POAN.
How does Size Up / Size Down work ?
If you are unsure of your size, your TOSHI assistant will bring a complimentary size up or down with your order. They will wait for you to decide which one fits you better, and then return any unwanted items. Please note that this service is conditional upon size availability.
How is Perfect Fit managed?
Your TOSHI assistant will ensure perfect fit of item bought and make any necessary adjustment or arrange alteration. For any adjustment/alterations that cannot be done immediately, the assistant will bring the product back to POAN for professional adjustment/alteration. Once the item is ready, the assistant will get in touch to arrange the drop off time and location that's most convenient to you.
How to book a return ?
Simply create an account with TOSHI or login to easily manage and book a return. If your order is eligible for return according to our return policy, you can easily select a suitable date, time and location under Order History.
