SAMPLE SALE

1. Final sale. All sample sale items are sold as seen at heavily reduced prices. Purchases cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, so please check items carefully before buying. This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of faulty or misdescribed goods.

2. Condition. Items are samples and past-season stock and may show minor imperfections consistent with sampling, fittings, or display.

3. Delivery. Orders over £250 qualify for free delivery. Orders below £250 are charged at standard shipping rates or can be collected in store during the sale (23–26 July).

4. Stock availability. This is a fast-moving sale across the store and online, and items may sell out before an order is processed. We reserve the right to cancel or amend any order, in whole or in part, where a piece is no longer in stock. Where we cancel all or part of an order, we will refund the corresponding amount — including delivery charges if the entire order is cancelled — to the original payment method within 14 days.

5. Errors. During busy periods, pricing or processing mistakes can occasionally occur despite our best efforts. We reserve the right to correct such errors and, where necessary, to cancel and fully refund affected orders. We'll contact you before making any change to your order wherever possible.

6. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.
