Client Advisor & Retail Growth Lead MRTW / Full Time Role

The Role
POAN is looking for a top-tier salesperson who is excited by the prospect of growing a young, high-pedigree brand. It is for a professional who treats the business as a startup, capable of moving the needle. You will serve as the primary window to our client base, acting as a personal lifestyle consultant who builds deep, long-term loyalty through sophisticated clienteling.
Key Responsibilities
- Commercial Growth: Take ownership of a monthly sales target with a high-reward 10% commission structure.
- Strategic Clienteling: Communicate efficiently with the existing client list and proactively convert your own established client book.
- Video Sales & Content: Curate collections and conduct virtual styling appointments via video and WhatsApp. You must be comfortable and articulate in front of a camera.
- Aesthetic Brand Ambassador: Represent a brand that is "culturally present, aware, and curious"—appealing to an arts-involved audience (similar to Margiela or Dries Van Noten).
- Retail Operations: Manage the daily’s of the retail environment while maintaining an intellectual approach to business development and strategy reporting.
- Creative Outlet: While the primary focus is sales, this role offers a creative outlet for those interested in providing input on aesthetics and design selections.
Requirements & Capabilities
- Proven Experience: Significant background and experience in luxury (e.g., Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Liberty, DSM or high-end boutiques).
- Active Client Book: Must come with a personal book of high-net-worth clients who resonate with "Vanguard" luxury.
- Sales Hungry: A "natural" instinct for conversion, combined with the patience for long-term relationship building.
- Technical Literacy: Proficient in Shopify, spreadsheets, and CRM tools for performance tracking and reporting.
- Onboarding Phase: We offer a fair onboarding structure with fixed commission support during the initial 12-week trial period.

POAN Ambassador Program
The POAN Ambassador Program is designed for individuals who are deeply connected to the avant-garde fashion world and have a strong network of clients who value distinctive, independent design.
An ideal POAN Ambassador:
- Has an established network of fashion-forward clients, stylists, collectors, creatives, or retailers
- Is able to connect POAN collections with their network and convert interest into confirmed orders
- Understands how to build trust-based, personal client relationships
As a POAN Ambassador, you will:
- Use the POAN flagship store to host private sales appointments with your clients
- Present POAN collections in curated one-to-one or small-group settings
- Propose pop-ups, trunk shows, and other sales or brand activations
- Act as a direct link between POAN and your fashion network
- Receive a revenue share on confirmed sales you generate
This is a performance-driven collaboration with a flexible structure, designed for self-directed fashion professionals who can activate their network and create sales opportunities beyond traditional retail.
