Standard Delivery

STANDARD DELIVERY IS £7.95 PER ORDER

Standard Delivery Is FREE for orders over £150 GBP to delivery addresses within the UK, Isle of Man and the Channel Islands

Orders placed after 14:00 on a Friday, on a Saturday, Sunday or on a public holiday will be processed the next working day. We will send you an email once your order has been despatched from our distribution centre to let you know that it is on its way.

Please allow 3-5 working days for your order to arrive.

We are committed to providing great service from start to finish, including punctual delivery. However, during busier periods for example, during Christmas, Sale and promotional periods, we advise customers to allow for an additional 2 working days for delivery.

PLEASE NOTE:

A signature maybe required on delivery. If you are unavailable, please nominate a secure delivery address where someone is available to sign. We cannot accept any liability for any delivery instructions which you give to the delivery company. If, for example, you ask the delivery company to leave your order in a different location to the one given at the time of your order (e.g. in a shed or garage, or with a neighbour), we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

For your safety and security, we do not currently deliver to collection points such as: PO Boxes, Amazon lockers, Collect Plus, Parcel Motel. If you nominate a collection point as your delivery address, we cannot accept responsibility if you fail to receive the order.

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY

NEXT DAY DELIVERY CHARGES ARE: £10.95 PER ORDER

Next working day delivery is available for:

  • Orders placed in GBP
  • Delivery to addresses within the UK, excluding the Channel Islands, Isle of Man and the postcode exclusions listed here.

Orders must be placed before 14:00 Monday to Friday for Next Working Day delivery. Orders placed after 14:00 will be processed the following working day and will be available for delivery the next working day after that (excl Bank Holidays). For example, if an order is placed after 14:00 on a Thursday, it will be processed the following Friday and be available for delivery on the following Monday. Where the Monday falls on a public holiday, the order will be available for delivery on the Tuesday.

Once your order has been despatched from our distribution centre, you will be emailed a tracking number so that you can follow the progress of your order.

DUTY & CUSTOMS

Deliveries to addresses in the UK, Isle of Man, Channel Islands and EU: all applicable import taxes, sales taxes and duties are included in the price of the order.

Deliveries to all other addresses: all applicable import duties, clearance fees, brokerage fees, local sales taxes or other additional charges are the responsibility of the customer and will need to be paid by the customer on receipt of the shipment. In addition, local customs practices may require you to provide additional information to clear your order. These rules vary by country. Your local government determines duty and customs charges. Please contact your local customs office for more information.

Selected products are for UK delivery only and cannot be delivered internationally due to customs and duty restrictions.
