Orders

At POAN Peoples of All Nations, each order is handled with care and attention.

  • All products shown on poan.com are available for worldwide purchase, subject to availability and confirmation of price.

  • To protect both you and us, every order undergoes a quick pre-authorisation check to confirm sufficient funds, followed by standard payment security screening. Should any issue arise, we’ll notify you promptly.

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time will leave our studio the following working day.

  • All card payments are securely processed via Stripe, a trusted and encrypted payment gateway. We never have access to your full card details — only the payment confirmation.

  • A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your order reaches you safely. Please note that parcels cannot be left unattended. If delivery access may be restricted (for example, at student accommodations), please take this into account before placing your order.

  • Your order remains our responsibility until it has been signed for. If you authorise delivery to a different recipient or address, proof of delivery will transfer responsibility to you.

  • If no one is available to sign, your courier will leave a notification and return the parcel to the local depot for re-delivery or collection.

  • As all orders require a signature, we recommend not using P.O. Box addresses. Deliveries to P.O. Boxes are made at your own risk, and we cannot accept liability for any lost or damaged parcels.

  • Clothing pieces are carefully wrapped in tissue and presented in our signature packaging.

  • Accessories arrive with their appropriate presentation boxes, cases, or pouches, as best suited to the item.
